The discrimination affect the cultural heritage of the indigenous people since we have different ways of living especially ways of clothing and we people who live in cities are modernized already.The discrimination affects them because they are uneducated people their environmental the have grown up is very different especially their ways of living they are using the old one as well as how they work and earn money.These people are not expose to the modern technology that currently using and the ways of learning we do everyday so if these people are joined to the modern people they are ignored because they can't relate what are those people are talking about. The etiquette we have are different from this indigenous people,, so we can't blame people discriminate them base on the word indigenous. This indigenous people are lock of l\knowledge in writing as well as in reading and knowledge of skills of the modern technologies that we currently using and its hard for them to catch up or coup up the knowledge we have right now. So the discrimination really affect and exist on their heritage because we know and to be practical people will ignore them.

Of course Tourism is one of the good ideas in promoting as panacea for "sustainable" development of which the indigenous people benefited well. The word tourism means promoting or to promote something that somebody can enjoy and help something regarding our culture, our environment and so much for that.... This promotion is a bog beneficial to indigenous people since we know that Philippine Archipelago has a lot of different kinds of indigenous people who are not given a chance to be known and some are just in the history already so in this way we can help them especially their culture. we know that tourism has a big impact in our lives because tourism bring foreign men or people in our country who will enjoy especially in our environmental concern in that way we can help indigenous people giving a chance to earn money in other way and helping them to be responsible and not be dependent for begging money to people that surround them ... at least this people learn new ways of living and slowly adjusting the modernization of the Philippines and giving they have something unique to show especially to the foreign people who amaze to their eyes and will always want to came back to the Philippines because we have different culture at the same time,,, ways of living and these indigenous people are if given a big chance are more artistic type of people and they have the unique ideas especially making souvenir and these would one of the aspect that Filipino Indigenous are intelligent people but in the other ways.

First and foremost the word globalization really affects the way of living as well as the cultural tradition of the indigenous people particularly in the Philippines. Pointedly we know that some or most of the indigenous people are living in the mountainous ranges part of the Philippine Archipelago and when we talk about globalization that is presently existing in our daily lives and again the word GLOBALIZATION brings us the modernization either civilization of the people who lives in the cities. This globalization prepare people for more self confident and competent that brings us again a more knowledge or more education, more high technology that we are currently using. So, Presently people who lives in cities are using fragmasitism techniques or methods of living. Reflecting that word Globalization to those who live in the mountainous ranges of the Archipelago are basically illiterate people though they have their own ways of living but when theses indigenous people come to cities cannot adjust the ways of living and modernization because indigenous people are using the old ways of living so while people who lives in cities are modernize already. In a way that globalization affect especially the cultural tradition of the indigenous is the ways of living especially the methods using so its hard for them to adapt the environmental modernization that cities has especially the ways of thinking. I am not discriminating these indigenous people because I am also one of the indigenous but the difference is we have grown up in a different ways of living and environment so therefore I can say that this kind of indigenous people are the lower class they need more education in order for them to adapt the modernization of the cities. I can says again they are the lower class of indigenous people because there level of learning are very low because they are lock of skills regarding the works in the cities and as what I have observe currently thee are the people who are begging for money in the cities though they have a healthy body to work.

As what most writers wrote and says about the word HONESTY they always tell it is a controversial topic especially when we talk about friendships.In our life each of one has a bestfriend and closefriend whom we feel to share openly with our thoughts or asking opinions regarding the things that we feel concious. well, telling the truth or being open to your closefriend or best friend is one of the cornerstone and when is the certain facts or information being tactful and when is it dishonest? the biggest issues between friendships is how to deal or handle problems within a friendship.

Honesty in friendship relation runs a lot deeper thatn just commenting on anything what you have seen. It has to do with how or not you share to your friend or your friend can share your feelings with each other including your thoughts, opinions and dreams. There has to be a limits regarding the things you speak openly and honestly without being laughed such as what you have shared passed along to others without your permission. then another thing that writer wrote on his book or says if trust and honesty are most important factors in a close friend, being able to keep secrets is next. Another assets or factor to maintain friendship is confidentiality of self-disclosures, entrusted by friend as a way of sharing of private and privileged information, is not the same thing as keeping a dangerous secret that puts that friend or others in jeopardy. Unfortunately, the friend who hears the secret may then feel burdened by the information that he or she has learned.

But the secret that was shared is sacred and meaningful to the friend, when sharing that secret with others without permission, violets the loyalty and respect for privacy that is traditionally a cornerstone of friendship.

why is a friend choosen? A connection has to occur almost like a chemical reaction. It is the friendship version of that feeling in your heart and your entire being, that there is something about this person that clicks with you, whether your similar or opposite, whether you shared the same interest or have contrasting interest.

We people live our lives to the fullest but if you waste your time for nothing well its your choice to be in that kind of pathway you take . I may not be the best in everything i did but i know for my self and honestly i really work and tried hard for mt future . Education is a big plus for us to be able for us to manage our time and skills so why keeping those skills to our self if we can share and help people in a good way. I believe for my self that no one a lazy person if you work hard and think for a better future but life is so selffish for those people who are not In School people who choose the wrong path can be given another chance to change and let them show how useful they are in this world.Children who not engage in school are the poorest one we tried to help them but the BIG QUESTION is are they trying to help them selves to get away from that dark that they are experiencing now? or they just ignore it and continue their lives for depending on the people that surrounds them or are they thinking that EDUCATION is only for those people who can afford in lives but its wrong because education is for everybody no matter what are you status in our society it can be accepted ,,, it is just YOU who does not give chance to your self to engage in education . MOUNTAIN CLIMBING TRAIL

Last March 08, 2008 we performed the mountain climbing conducted by Prof. Ramon Feraris a P.E 4 professor , our expedition started around 1:00 pm at the Children's Park the assembly area. On the assembly area prof. Feraris group us as different troops and there are mountaineers who guides us during the ascend.

We are already on our trail and we're starting to wonder at the beautiful view before us but then, we noticed that some irresponsible person's had left their trash scattered on the ground before our very eyes.Wouldn't be nicer if we come to a place and find it as fresh as if from the first day of creation, this even if some people were already ahead of us? but we have to learn the value that we need to cultivate within ourselves from the very simple avoidance of an urgue to throw even a small peice of plastic wrapper to control of one's self in cutting trees are learned by disciplining our selves that we have to inculcate within ourselves.

The Mountaineering Federation of the Philippines has a slogan that will be appropriate for us to learn, namely:

Take nothing but Pictures;
Leave nothing but Footprints;
Kill nothing but Time;

Perhaps, if we people copuld learn to follow this call, our world might be a better place to live in. We are already told by our guides that we have to discipline our selves during the trail not to throw anything on the trail and if there is a necessary for them then we have to make sure that is a biodegradable and must be placed inauspiciously on the sides where they may not be trampled upon by the other hikers. We have to make it a habit not to throw away anything at all and it's better to put it in our pocket or pack or have a trash plastic cellophane in our bag where we can keep our trash to be disposed later at the garbage dump or trash can be at home.

It is really a big deal for us not to throw away those plastic wrappers from our candies and cookies that we eat etc, that is actaully an environmental hazardous since they are not biodegradable and might be can cause into pieces yet, it will not decay into the soil and it can not even be used as fertilizers and it tends to suffocate the plants, In addition some fishes caught in the oceans and have been found inside their bellies a pieces of plastic which have not been digested leading to the death of the carier and on land some of these have caused the clogging of our canals and sewage systems. To be able to help our environment we have to discipline our selves in order for us to have a fresh air to breath and fresh food to eat in short to have abundant life.

Mt. Agad-Agad Puga-an Iligan City

Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology Department of Physical Education Conducting Mountain Climbing. The Physical Education 4 Covering the Basic Mountaineering Course. As what mountaineer said there are two activities that are indemand physically naming MOUNTAINEERING and BACKPACKING which include of confronting various elements such as SUN, RAIN and WIND. During our climbing last March 08, 2008 we really experience those elements that I've mention above but stepping out the wilderness requires a lot of planning and preparation to ensure that the mountaineer brings and possesses the skill to use necessary equipment required to support , feed and to protect us from the elements.

We have the four major types of activities namely:

1. Hiking/Trekking-Mountain Climbing

2. Ice/Snow Climbing

3. Rock Climbing - Arificial and Natural Wall

4. Navigation - Space/Marine/Land

As we go along with our climbing I've learn these following principles during the expedition that if we climb the mountain and we're along with our trail never try to underestimate the mountain the trail for your is getting harder and difficult to climb, the second is A mountain is there to change you, not for you to change it. It's really true that mounatin can really change you not for you to change it base on my experience during our overnight staying at Mt. Agad-Agad Puga-an Iligan City I can really says the natural nature change me and my problem that i've carrying it along my climbing the mounatin after overnight staying there , all of those hurdles that I have in me after that everything was vanished like a wind that passing in your face and you just felt it and I am already moving on forwardly to my life. The third is Mountaineers of all levels should undergo physical conditioning preparation I can says that this is already proven base on my experience again during our expedition. You can't never be on the peak that you we're aim to reach if you don't perform the third principle is Going to the peak or summit is not a contest. Yes! it's really true because if you think that is a contest then reaching or going to the summit might cause to all the troops an accident while going there.

Being part of the mountaineers expedition We have the International Dictm " Take nothing but Pictures, Kill nothing but Time, Leave nothing but Footprints". and we have also our motto" We Climd for Fun, Health and a Cause"

We first learn our values from parents, teachers, religious and youth leaders as well as other influential adults. We also learn from our peers. Over time we make certain values our own, realizing that our choices and actions have consequences for ourselves and the larger world. The Ten Commandments, emphasizing respect for God, neighbor and self provide a moral touchstone. The world's most universal moral standard - one accepted by every major religion in some form - is the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." The sum of the actions of individuals sets the moral tone of society If we are all honest, if we all respect our parents, if we all refrain from harming others in any way, then society will reflect those personal virtues in the quality of its life. I believe life is what you make it and I can honestly say I like my life and happy being the lady I am..... It’s what’s inside that will matter the most.......Honesty, Loyalty, Passion, Kindness and Humor are just a few qualities that make up my inner beauty. I’m very easygoing and adventurous but also very much enjoy quiet times. The great lesson is that the sacred is in the ordinary that it is to be found in one's daily life, in one’s neighbors, friends, and family, in one's backyard. The greatest example of courage, faith, and love in my life was set by my family. The unconditional love they gave to all their friends, neighbors, and family came back to them and to my family in their last days. Because of the example of their great and unconditional faith and love, I have been emptied of cynicism and firmly believe that I have been able to become a more capable vessel for the sharing of that unconditional faith and love for my own friends, family, and community. In my own life, the mysteriously endless cycle of love and the awakening example of truth that everyone is a divine instrument of God was created. In a particularly memorable act of empathy and kindness, a Muslim friend told me that his faith taught him that there is no stronger love on this earth than the love of a precious family. The love for you is the closest thing to God while you live here on the earth. But the love of God is even 70 times stronger. I was more confident, wanted to know everything, and was excited to be in school and good "My experience helped me look at challenging situations differently and instead of giving up, finding a way around them” Last summer I learned a lot about how to control my anger” I learned better sportsmanship and listening skills that helped me bring up my grades in behavior." "I learned how to be on my own without someone with me all the time.”I learned to have more patience and to appreciate the things I have.” I feel that I am better at interacting with friends and family. The people skills learned "Leadership, organization, make my bed, keep my stuff clean, to keep in touch with my friends, respect, how to handle pressure. I learned to listen to what other people say” I learned a lot of team work skills.” I learn how to relate to people on a level deeper than that of school or everyday life because you live together.” I learn a lot about respect and my real values in life, what they really should be” Values like how to be responsible and respectful” You learn mostly how to interact with different kinds of people and are open to different ideas. You learn how to cooperate well with others who share and don't share the same opinions as you.” I learned to have fun, be a leader, discipline, and most of all – respect.” You learn how to make new friends, learn different sports.

I am a friendly filipina college student and being honest with my self and to the others I am very proud to be pinoy but i am not telling to anybody that you can't be proud with your culture yes ! you be proud to be whatever culture you come from and I am encouraging all to respect whatever culture we have, we don't need to discriminate others just to put our culture in the highest peck of the mountain.
